Visions Performing Arts Company is dedicated to the preservation of African American performing arts.  From slavery to present the African American experience is history that every American should be proud of and eager to maintain for future generations.  V.P.A.C. is loyal to the expression of the Black culture through performing arts and values upcoming artist, we strive to present original works to ensure opportunities for minority artist remain available.  We offer instruction, programs, productions, coaching, performance and services in all performing arts.  Theater, dance, spoken word, public speaking, singing, writing, stage presence are all forms that Visions is eager to keep alive.

“Visions Performing Arts Company will strive to preserve, maintain, and support the tradition of African American performing arts in the country.  Through submissions Visions will produce original works by upcoming artist.  Hosting performances, instruction, mentorships, education, and outreach, Visions will use African American performing arts to commit to high standards of life.  Displaying the African American experience to bridge gaps and show that there is no difference in the human experience."

Auditions

Calling all actors, actresses, dancers, singers, poets, or any kind of performer to come and audition with us.  We hold auditions every December and we cast for the upcoming season.  Just because we are an African American company, does not mean we don’t need performers from the entire human family.  Please contact us if you are interested and don’t hesitate.  If you see yourself on the stage, you probably belong there.

Submissions

Are you an aspiring writer?  V.P.A.C. provides a platform for you to submit your work to our company for review and if you are selected Visions will produce and direct your work.  Your vision can be manifested and the African American experience is to be celebrated.  Let us aid you in witnessing your work come to full life.  You can submit anytime as your work will be considered for either the next season or the following after next season.
